Meet the founder: building EMRI Beauty

EMRI didn't start in a lab. It started in a locker room, with foundation pooling in the collar of a tank top after a morning training session, and the same frustrating question I'd been asking for years: why doesn't anything on the market actually work?

The gap that built a brand

I'd tried everything. Luxury foundations that broke down by 10 a.m. Sport sunscreens that pilled under makeup. Drugstore long-wear that aged my skin and looked it. I kept reaching for products designed for two different women — the one who shows up polished, and the one who shows up sweaty — and finding nothing for the woman who's both.

Most beauty brands are founded by people who love beauty. EMRI was founded by someone who loves performance — and refused to stop expecting both.

What we're building

EMRI Beauty is luxury performance beauty for women who move. Our hero system, Field + Flush, is engineered from the formula up to survive workouts, heat, humidity, and long days — without ever feeling like sport cosmetics. Skincare-grade ingredients. Editorial finish. Real durability.

We are founder-led, independently developed, and built around a single promise: makeup that earns its place on your skin.
