EMRI Website Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026
Your privacy at EMRI
EMRI Beauty, Inc. (“EMRI,” “we,” “us” or “our”) uses personal information to operate emribeauty.com, manage our early-access email waitlist and respond to you. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who receives it and your choices. It covers our introduction website, waitlist and related communications. It does not describe a product checkout or internal business systems.
Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, reservation or guarantee of product availability. This policy is a notice about our practices; using the website does not replace any consent required by law.
Information we collect and use
| Information | How we receive it | Why we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Name and email address | You provide them through a signup form or message | Manage the waitlist, send requested launch updates and offers, and respond to you |
| Signup time, source, campaign parameters and referral activity | Forms, referral links and website records | Administer referrals, understand signups and maintain subscription records |
| IP address, browser/device information and website interactions | Website infrastructure, cookies and similar technologies | Operate and secure the website, understand use and measure marketing |
| Messages and communication preferences | Your correspondence and preference requests | Provide support and honor your choices |
Some signup forms require a full name; others make a first name optional. We do not ask for payment details, government identification, health information, biometric data or precise location through the waitlist. Please do not include this information in messages to us.
We also use information where necessary to meet legal obligations, investigate misuse, resolve disputes and protect rights.
Who receives information
Our hosting, database, communications and technical service providers process information to support the website and waitlist. Klaviyo processes subscriber details, waitlist events and records relating to emails we send. Google Analytics and Google Ads support website and marketing measurement. Our signup workflow also attempts to synchronize contact details and marketing preferences with Shopify; successful synchronization is not required to join the waitlist. Synchronization does not create a purchase or order.
We may disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where appropriate to comply with law or protect security and rights. Information may also be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.
Social links take you to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube. Those services have their own privacy practices. Visiting a linked service is different from submitting information to EMRI.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and similar technologies can record website activity and associate it with a browser or device. Our website uses Google measurement tags and Klaviyo website measurement, including events relating to waitlist-page visits. Some measurement data is first sent to a server operated by EMRI and then forwarded to our providers. Visitor and attribution identifiers set by EMRI may be stored for up to 90 days; provider cookies may have different lifetimes. Advertising-related disclosures can qualify as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even where no money changes hands. To opt out of that use on this website, select “Privacy choices” at the bottom of any page, then choose “Reject optional,” or choose “Customize” and leave Advertising off.
Optional analytics (Google Analytics, Klaviyo website measurement, the EMRI relay and campaign attribution) and optional advertising (Google Ads) stay off unless you turn them on in Privacy choices, which offers equal options to accept or reject them, or to choose each category separately. Only necessary technologies, such as storing your privacy choice and a referral code for the current browser tab, run before you choose. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy choices link on our pages; turning optional tools off stops them on this website and removes the optional identifiers our site stores in your browser, but does not delete information providers already received. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising stays off; a Do Not Track signal keeps all optional tools off. These signals apply only to the browser that sends them and only on this website. Your Privacy choices selection is saved in the browser you use; other browsers or devices need their own selection, and clearing your browser storage resets it. Meta and TikTok advertising pixels are not active on this website.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect website features and does not necessarily delete information already received. Email unsubscribe choices do not automatically change browser tracking choices.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails or by contacting admin@emribeauty.com. We may retain limited suppression information to honor that choice. We may still respond to your inquiries or privacy requests.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or receive a portable copy of personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. You may also have appeal rights or a right to complain to the relevant privacy regulator. To opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising through this website, use Privacy choices as described in Cookies and similar technologies above.
Send requests to admin@emribeauty.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Describe the request without sending sensitive identification documents. Where needed and permitted, we may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an agent’s authority. We will not impose identity-verification requirements on an opt-out where applicable law prohibits them.
If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will handle applicable requests within legally required timeframes and explain relevant exceptions. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Unsubscribing, requesting deletion and changing tracking preferences are different choices. Deletion may be subject to legal, security and recordkeeping exceptions, including limited information needed to honor an unsubscribe request.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, considering whether you remain subscribed, whether a request or dispute is unresolved, applicable legal obligations and security needs. Cookie expiration does not automatically delete subscriber records. We use safeguards appropriate to our operations, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Children
Our website and waitlist are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, contact admin@emribeauty.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Additional protections may apply to teenagers under applicable law.
International processing
EMRI operates in the United States. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries with different privacy protections. Contact us at admin@emribeauty.com with questions about international processing.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices change. We will update its effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
